Physiofit has qualified physiotherapists and exercise physiologists who provide active strategies such as exercises, advice and education on muscoskeletal problems to assist people in better understanding and managing their pain or injury.

- Specific core stability, posture improvement and flexibility programs.
Real Time Ultrasound assessment to actually see how your deep spinal muscles are working. The benefit of "real time" is that you can view the image on the ultrasound screen as the physiotherapist explains what they see and the relevance to your problem. The visual feedback can be used to teach, train and correct faulty muscle contractions. It is safe and painless.
- 'Work Hardening/Conditioning Programs' or WRAP programs.

Who is appropriate for Physiofit?
- People with back and neck complaints.
- People with posture complaints.
- People with chronic spinal pain (pain lasting longer than 3 months or re-occuring at intervals over time).
- People with subacute spinal pain that is not settling as quickly as would be expected by treating parties (pain lasting longer than 6 weeks).
- People who have had a recent episode of back pain, or recurrent back pain that want to learn preventative measures to minimise flare-ups of pain and reduce the risk of re-injury.
- People who want to be able to do more activities comfortablt than they are currently able to do.
- People with psychological indices such as high fear avoidance beliefs with regards to physical activity or work activity.
- People who have been off work longer than 4 weeks due to their spinal pain.
- Workers compensation patients who need assistance with return to work.
- People with knee pain, including arthritis and patellofemoral pain.
- People with shoulder pain from shoulder impingement or rotator cuff tears and shoulder instabilities, and,
- Patients post orthopaedic surgery once they have recovered from the acute phase of their rehabilitation, including spinal surgery, ankle surgery, knee surgery, shoulder surgery and major trauma.
